An Employer is hiring a Project Coordinator for their IMAC team. The IMAC team is responsible for supporting a banking client with installing, moving, adding or changing the hardware in their work environment. In this role, you oversee a que of WO's and it's your job to confirm the WO's are correct, communication with the techs is being done and both the customer and your employer has information that's up to date and correct, so the Technician is dispatched correctly, the right hardware orders are placed and effectively the WO can be closed and billed right! This role ultimately requires a ton of repetitive administrative responsibilities and customer support. Detailed list of responsibilities below.
Ensures all work orders are accepted by field tech
Works with customer on requests with wrong scope or missing data
Answers field tech scope questions (zoom room)
Monitors requests to ensure requested dates are achieved
Manages Custom Bank TPM relationship
Resolves Custom Bank escalations
Resolves HP field escalations
Trains field tech on Custom Bank IMAC processes
Manages SLA performance
Works with DM to ensure SLA corrections are completed
Attends DM meeting (monthly or as needed)
Telephony soft skillset a must
Minimum Requirements
3+ Years in a Project Coordination or Project Management position
Strong understanding of PC Hardware and Lifecycle
Comfortable working in Zoom and Ticketing systems like remedy
Comfortable with Office 365 and outlook
Able to work 8-5CST M-F
Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
Desired Skills
Previous experience as a Technician
